1. SCOPE
These terms govern only direct bookings made with Casdanna Roses Apartments through the website casdanna.com or through the booking engine linked from it.
2. INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
Before confirming the booking, the user may check the main features of the accommodation, the selected dates, the total stay price, any applicable supplements, the payment terms and the cancellation policy.
3. BOOKING PROCESS
Bookings are made through the booking engine linked from the website.
To complete the booking, the user must:
- select the apartment and the stay dates,
- enter the requested details,
- review the booking summary and the total amount,
- accept these terms and the rental, stay and occupancy terms,
- confirm the booking by paying the corresponding deposit.
Before completing the process, the user may correct any errors made when entering their details.
The contract language is Spanish.
Making a booking implies an obligation to pay.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
To confirm the booking, a 15% deposit of the total amount must be paid.
The remaining 85% shall be paid by one of the following methods:
- in cash upon arrival at the apartment,
- by bank transfer, if previously agreed, or
- by bank card, if previously agreed.
The deposit is paid through a secure credit or debit card payment system via the booking engine.
5. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
Any discounts and promotional codes offered by Casdanna Roses Apartments shall be valid only under the conditions expressly stated in each promotion.
5.1. Validity and use
Promotional codes shall be valid only for one stay per guest or group of guests and may not be reused for future stays.
Each code is for one-time use only and is not transferable to other persons.
Promotional codes may not be applied retroactively to bookings that have already been confirmed.
5.2. Scope of application
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion, promotional codes are not valid for bookings including stays during the high season, understood as the months of July and August.
5.3. Limitations
Promotional codes cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers unless expressly stated otherwise.
In some cases, a minimum booking amount may be required, or the code may apply only to certain apartments, dates or rates.
5.4. Validity period
Each promotional code has a specific validity period. Once the stated expiry date has passed, the code shall no longer be valid, even if it has not been used.
5.5. How to apply them
Promotional codes must be entered at the time of booking through our official website.
They will not be valid for bookings made through external platforms such as Airbnb, Booking or others.
5.6. Changes and cancellation
The property reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend any discount or promotional code at any time in the event of misuse, fraud, manifest error or breach of the promotion terms.
6. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once the booking process has been completed and the deposit has been paid, the user will receive an email confirmation with the booking details.
The booking shall not be considered completed until that confirmation has been sent.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless a specific rate or promotion expressly states otherwise, the general cancellation policy is as follows:
- free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date;
- cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total booking amount may be retained;
- cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total booking amount may be retained.
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing to the contact email address shown on this website.
For bookings made using promotional codes, specific cancellation conditions may apply if this has been expressly stated in the relevant offer or promotion.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under the applicable consumer regulations, no right of withdrawal applies once the booking has been completed, as this is an accommodation service provided for specific dates.
9. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION BY THE PROPERTY
The property may cancel the booking before arrival in cases of force majeure, unforeseen impossibility or circumstances beyond its control that prevent the accommodation from being made available under the agreed conditions.
In such a case, the amounts actually paid for the booking will be refunded, with no further compensation being due.
10. DATA PROTECTION
The processing of personal data provided during the booking process is governed by the provisions set out in the Legal Notice, Privacy and Complaints page of this website.
11. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
