RENTAL, STAY AND OCCUPANCY TERMS
1. SCOPE
These terms govern only the use, occupancy and stay in Casdanna Roses Apartments and apply to all guests, regardless of the booking channel used.
2. BED LINEN AND TOWELS
Depending on the booking conditions, bed linen and bath towels may be included in the price or subject to an additional charge per person.
If the apartment is booked for two people and both wish to sleep in separate bedrooms, an additional linen charge may apply.
3. OCCUPANCY OF THE PROPERTY
Occupancy of the property may under no circumstances exceed the apartment’s maximum authorised capacity or the number of guests stated in the booking.
If the property is occupied by more people without prior notice and acceptance, the property may terminate the stay and require the immediate vacation of the accommodation, with no right to a refund.
Pets are not allowed.
4. CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY AND ITS CONTENTS
Guests must take proper care of the property, as well as the furniture, installations and items inside it.
Any damage, breakdown or loss occurring during the stay must be reported immediately.
Damage caused by the guest or by the persons accompanying them, when attributable to them, must be paid for by the booking holder.
5. CLAIMS
Any complaint regarding cleaning or inventory must be made within 24 hours after arrival at the accommodation.
After that period, no claims regarding those matters will be accepted, without prejudice to the property dealing with technical incidents or breakdowns that may arise during the stay.
6. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAY
Check-in takes place from 4:00 pm onwards, unless another option is expressly communicated subject to availability.
Check-out must take place before 10:00 am on the departure day.
7. CLEANLINESS OF THE PROPERTY
On departure day, the kitchen, crockery and, where applicable, the barbecue must be left clean and in normal reusable condition.
8. CONDITIONS OF USE
The guest declares that the property is occupied exclusively for holiday purposes during the booked dates and undertakes not to use it under any circumstances as a main residence.
9. GUEST REGISTRATION
All guests, regardless of the booking channel used, must provide before or upon arrival the information and documentation required to comply with the legal obligations regarding guest registration and reporting data to the relevant authorities.
Refusal to provide this information or the necessary identification documents may prevent access to the accommodation or continuation of the stay, as this is a legal obligation applicable to tourist accommodation activity.
10. GUESTS’ PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND SCOPE OF LIABILITY
The property does not provide any custody, deposit or individual supervision service for money, jewellery, documents, bicycles, vehicles or any other personal belongings of guests, whether inside the property, in the garage, storage room or other parts of the building.
Consequently, except in cases where the law expressly establishes the property’s liability, each guest shall be responsible for the safekeeping and protection of their belongings during the stay.
Guests are advised to take appropriate security measures and, where applicable, to have their own insurance coverage for damage, loss, theft, robbery or misappropriation of personal belongings.
11. ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY
Occupying the apartment implies acceptance of these rental, stay and occupancy terms, which shall have the same validity and effects as a short-term holiday rental agreement in accordance with applicable Spanish law.
