Booking Terms and Conditions

The following contractual terms expressly govern the access, use and online booking of tourist accommodation through the website casdanna.com.

By making a booking and accepting this contractual document, the user declares that:
a. They have read, understood and comprehend all terms stated herein.
b. They are a natural person or represent a legal entity with sufficient capacity to contract.
c. They accept all conditions and obligations set forth herein.

To confirm the booking, a payment of 15% of the total rental amount is required.

  1. BOOKING PROCESS
    Through the online booking form available on casdanna.com, users may view the description and features of the accommodation, included services and property characteristics.
    The final price will be calculated based on selected check-in/check-out dates, number of guests (adults and children) and any additional services.
  2. BOOKING PAYMENT
    At the time of booking, 15% of the total amount will be charged. The remaining 85% must be paid in cash upon arrival (bank transfer payment is optionally available upon request).
    2.1 Payment method
    The booking payment system operates through secure credit/debit card transactions.
  3. CANCELLATION POLICY
    Users may cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to the rental start date. For later cancellations, the following conditions apply:
  • Cancellation more than 30 days before: 100% refund (excluding card processing fees – approx. 3%)
  • Cancellation between 30-15 days before: 50% of total amount charged
  • Cancellation within 15 days: 100% of total amount charged
    All cancellations must be made in writing via email. The property reserves the right to cancel the booking up to 30 days before arrival without justification, with full refund.
  1. PRICING
    Tourist accommodation rental prices are always displayed in Euros (€). The landlord does NOT provide typical hotel services and prices are not subject to VAT.
    • Prices shown on casdanna.com apply exclusively to tourist accommodations offered through this website and while they remain published.
    • The owner expressly reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, in all cases, the rates valid at the time of booking will apply.
    • The applicable prices for each tourist accommodation will be those published on casdanna.com and automatically applied during the final booking stage.

  1. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
    • Validity and use
    • Promotional codes are valid only for one stay per guest or group of guests and cannot be reused for future stays.
    • Each code is single-use and non-transferable to other persons.
    • Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to reservations already confirmed.
    • Scope of application
    • Unless expressly stated in the promotion, promotional codes do not apply to bookings during the high season (July and August).
    • Limitations
    • Promotional codes cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers, unless otherwise specified.
    • In some cases, a minimum booking amount may be required or codes may apply only to specific apartments or rates.
    • Period of validity
    • Each promotional code has a defined validity period. Once the stated expiry date has passed, the code is no longer valid, even if it has not been used.
    • Application
    • Promotional codes must be entered at the time of booking on our official website. They are not valid for reservations made through external platforms (Airbnb, Booking or others).
    • Modifications and cancellation
    • The company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend a promotional code at any time in case of misuse, fraud, or obvious error.
