Q: How is the reservation procedure?

1. To formalise the booking , a deposit of 15% of the total amount is required. The remaining 85% shall be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment or by bank transfer. 2. The booking payment system operates through secure credit or debit card payments. Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to occupying the apartment (detailed information in our rental terms and conditions). 3. Making a booking implies acceptance of the service terms and the rental conditions .
