RENTAL CONDITIONS
1. BED LINEN AND TOWELS: Depending on the booking conditions, this service may be included in the price or must be ordered on site for a fee to Ms. Diana La Grouw.
If the apartment has been reserved for two people and the tenants would like to use two separate bedrooms, an additional payment is always due on site to Ms. Diana La Grouw.
2. OCCUPANCY OF THE APARTMENT: The handover of the keys and the occupation of the apartment will take place from 4:00 p.m. (or before 4 p.m. if circumstances permit). The number of people who will occupy the apartment can in no case exceed the number indicated in the signed contract. If there is obviously a higher number of people occupying the apartment and you have not communicated this matter and/or we have not accepted it, the rental agreement will be terminated without prior notice and the apartment must be vacated immediately. The presence of pets is not allowed.
3.- MAINTENANCE of the APARTMENT and ITS CONTENTS: The tenant must take care of the apartment and of the furniture and objects that are there. Any damage or loss that would occur during the rental period must be reported immediately and, if necessary, repaid. Any damage or loss that had not been reported must be repaid and will give rise to penalties. The contracting tenant is responsible for the people accompanying him.
4. IN CASE OF A COMPLAINT BY YOU regarding the condition or housekeeping of the apartment, it must be made immediately before 24 hours of entry. No complaint will be accepted after 24 hours. We are at your disposal to help you and solve any kind of accidents that are not caused by abuse.
5.- ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL, the handover of the keys will take place from 4:00 p.m. ON THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE you must leave the apartment and return the keys before 10:00 AM. If you do not leave the apartment during office hours, the deposit will be returned to you by post after the condition and contents of the apartment have been checked.
6.- PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that it is extremely important that on the day of departure the kitchen, dishes and grill must be clean and ready for the coming tenants.
7.- The tenant declares that the property is rented exclusively for holiday purposes during the reserved dates, and under no circumstances or situation that may arise shall the rental object of this contract be used as a permanent residence.
The rental of the apartment implies acceptance of these conditions and has the same validity as a short-term seasonal rental contract according to Spanish laws and regulations and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Figueres (Girona).
