THE SURROUNDINGS – CANYELLES PETITES – ROSES
Casdanna is perched on a hillside overlooking the “cala” Canyelles Petites, a stunning beach with fine, golden sand. Stretching 350 meters long and 25 meters wide, the bay is renowned for its crystal-clear waters and its gently sloping seabed. Canyelles is a peaceful residential area, free from large hotels or high-rises. It is located just 3 km from the center of Roses (Girona – Costa Brava) and is less than a 40-minute drive from the French border.
The bay opens up like a natural amphitheater towards the sea. Along the sun-drenched slopes, white houses and charming apartments are nestled among pine trees and oleanders. Here, the “Costa Brava” isn’t about crowded promenades, mass tourism, or all-inclusive hotel blocks.
